Hi, I am looking for a room to rent starting around June 6th. I'm new to the area and starting a position at Amazon, so I'm looking for a short-term situation, while I get settled and save up for my own place.

I also have one cat; he is 4 years old. He is neutered and very well mannered. I will upfront I am limited on funds right now but once I start work that changes quickly. I do not smoke or drink. I am happy to discuss flexible move-in terms and can provide references, ID or any other information you need.
