Amp Research BedXTender. I believe the part # is 74813-01A. I had this on both an F250 and F150, but may fit other trucks. Has some scratches, but it's aluminum so no rust. Great for ATV's, dirt bikes, lawn equipment in your bed. This model will flip into your bed when not in use. I have a new set up mounts for it (in the box).
