Verostone & Co. is a new premium concrete coatings company based in Clarksburg, MD. We specialize in transforming garages and commercial spaces with high-performance concrete coating systems.
I'm looking for one dependable, motivated person to work directly alongside me as we build this company from the ground up.

A Few Things to Know
We're a new company, so work may start off slower while we build our customer base. My goal is to find someone who believes in what we're building and wants to be part of the journey from the beginning. This will start as part time however the goal is to be full-time as we grow.
What You'll Do
Assist with concrete preparation using grinders and vacuums
Repair cracks and surface imperfections
Mix and install concrete coating systems
Broadcast decorative flake
Apply protective topcoats
Load and unload equipment
Maintain a clean, organized job site
Deliver outstanding customer service
Who I'm Looking For
Honest and dependable

Takes pride in quality workmanship
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in concrete coatings, construction, flooring, painting, masonry, or general labor is a plus—but no experience is required. I'm willing to train the right person. Character, reliability, and a willingness to learn are more important than experience.
Compensation
Starting pay $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Paid training provided for the right candidate with opportunities for raises and bonuses as the company grows. Performance bonuses as the company grows and opportunity to advance into a lead installer position.
Pay breakdown is as follows:
$18–20/hr: Little or no construction experience but reliable, eager to learn, and physically capable.
$20–22/hr: General construction, painting, masonry, or flooring experience.
$23–25/hr: Strong construction background, experience with grinders and power tools, or direct concrete coating/flooring experience.
