Samuel Construction Group LLC is seeking an experienced Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential remodeling, repairs, decks, drywall, flooring, and general construction throughout the area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry, framing, trim, and finish work
- Install doors, windows, baseboards, and molding
- Install and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures
- Hang and finish drywall
- Install flooring, including vinyl plank, laminate, and hardwood
- Perform minor painting, caulking, and punch-list work
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Manage work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction or remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Must have reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Deck building and repairs
- Drywall finishing
- Exterior trim repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Experience with residential renovations

Location:

Pay for Pros: $24–$28 per hour, W2, 1099, etc.
