Responsibilities:
- Install prefab steel structures for refrigeration systems
- Install 1” plastic tubing across the deck (all tools provided if needed)
- Center, square, and align structures accurately
- Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Welding/tacking experience is a plus, not required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Ability to move around an active job site and work safely
- Positive attitude is essential (client will consider lower-skill candidates with excellent attitude)
- OSHA 10 or Fall Protection certification required
- Provide own hand tools if available (not mandatory)
Work Environment:
- Commercial cold storage construction site
- Physical work including bending, standing, kneeling, and general movement throughout the shift
