We’re looking for dependable and experienced Class A CDL Solo Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. If you're seeking consistent miles, reliable home time, and a company that values its drivers, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off
Pay: $0.70-$0.75 CPM
Dedicated Weekly Avg: $1600.00-$2100.00
Unassigned Weekly Avg: $1500.00/Week Minimum
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Paid Weekly — Every Thursday
PTO Available
Holiday Overtime Pay: 1.5x for federal holidays worked
Dedicated & Unassigned Runs:
Dedicated routes: 2,500 -2,700 miles/week
Unassigned routes: 2,000–3,300 miles/week, mileage & destinations vary
Run assignments based on experience and shift preference
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Doubles/Triples Endorsement
Clean MVR
Experience:
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years OR
5 years in the last 10
Able to pass:
Pre-employment background check
DOT physical
Drug screen
