Hot Springs Landmark Spa 32 jets, seats 6 adults. Requires 50 amp 230V power. Was working when moved off the deck a few years ago. Needs new cover. Comes with 2 extra pump/motor assemblies. 8' 4" x 7' 7" x 38" 880 lbs. empty (over 6000 lbs when full, needs a strong foundation/base) very heavy. Can Not help to move it, must provide your own manpower / dollies / jacks to move it. Dollies and a few sheets of plywood will make it easier to move over rough ground. Must take it all.
