This Sofa and Loveseat are in excellent condition and look like they were just delivered from the store, even though they were purchased in the 1980s. They have been in the living room, virtually untouched, ever since. Much of the time, they were covered in plastic. See for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I am willing to listen to reasonable offers, but I do believe that $195 is a fair price for the set.
